Because last-minute cancellations and no-shows leave little opportunity to fill that time, the following policy is strictly enforced.

48+ HOURS NOTICE
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance will not incur an additional cancellation fee. Your booking fee may be transferred to your rescheduled appointment.

LESS THAN 48 HOURS

A 25% cancellation fee of the scheduled service will apply.

LESS THAN 24 HOURS

A 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service will apply and must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled.

SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

A 100% charge of the scheduled service will apply. The booking fee will not be refunded or transferred. Clients who no-show may also be required to pay future appointments in full upfront and/or provide a new booking fee.

BOOKING FEES

All appointments require a non-refundable booking fee, which is applied toward your service. Booking fees are forfeited when cancelling or rescheduling outside of the 48-hour policy.

True emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen.

Any exceptions are made at our discretion and are not guaranteed.

By placing a card on file, you authorize Ltcosmetics to charge applicable fees according to this policy.
